HAVES & WANTS: Atlanta Real Estate Meeting

Every Thursday at 1:30pm for 12 years

5 Seasons Brewery @ The Prado
5600 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA

Atlanta’s most successful REI networking group, meeting weekly for 12 years. Over 2,500 attendees last year.
Over $70,000,000 in deals closed for 2016 originated in this meeting. Total closings for our group now exceeds $443,000,000!

Haves & Wants is a weekly real estate investor brainstorming and deal making jam session held at 5 Seasons Brewing and led by Joe Thompson. We meet to bring together the movers and shakers of Atlanta Real Estate. We are one of Atlanta’s most established real estate meet ups, and we get deals done! Atlanta REIA members, non-members and guests can attend at no charge.

Joe Thompson is a professional financial adviser who has led the group for over 5 years. Joe says “This group is not about real estate education and training. We’ll leave the training to Atlanta REIA. This group is all about doing deals and making money!” This weekly Haves and Wants group meeting is for players who are doing deals now and not sitting on the sidelines. So, if you’re looking to do deals with real players making deals happen, this is the group for you.
